How it Works - Candidate

1. You need to make your profile on the website, to start with. You will have to Register for the same. There is NO FEE for this.
2. Once you have created your profile, Jobs which match your profile will be sent to you by SMS. (IMPORTANT – The mobile     number that you give during registration should be accessible for you, else you will miss the SMS). Alternatively, you can also     login and view the SMS Received, through the menu bar.
3. Additionally, you can also search Jobs by Location and Department/Post. You can then select Jobs that you are interested in     and you can “Buy” the contact information for the same. Once you have paid, you will again receive the information by SMS     (this can also be viewed through login as mentioned earlier) IMPORTANT – When you receive the information, the procedure     to CONTACT the employer is mentioned in the SMS. You will have to do any of the three things (as mentioned in the SMS)
• Mail your CV OR
• Walk-in on the date at the address mentioned OR
• Call on the Phone number mentioned

PLEASE NOTE: The company or HR Department or consultant or 10GenJobs will NOT contact you. You have to contact at the     details mentioned in the SMS. FREE SERVICE: If your profile matches job requirement, the details are automatically sent to     you by SMS or you can view the information through your login.

PAID SERVICE: If you will like to review and apply for a wider variety of jobs, then you can search and find jobs based on     Location, Department, Post/Designation. You can then Buy the contact details.
